If they made children go to the school in their neighborhoods and not be able to choose to go to one that requires busing would they have enough extra yellow buses to not need the kids to ride RTA or transfer downtown?
RBTL can keep "believing" in one hand and, well, you know what in the other and see which gets filled first. These are two PHANTOM developments combined into one and neither will ever see fruition.
How do I know?
I'm a Historian - one who learns from past mistakes and also sees them being repeated by the Muckity Mucks, in their rumpled suits and crooked smiles.
Re: “Downtown and its future”
I did a lot of research on the post WWII era downtown and authored an "Images of America" book on it in 2010.
