Between 2010-2014 there were 22,389 car crashes in Monroe County, NY which resulted in at least one injury or fatality. The volunteers at Reconnect Rochester developed a way to filter and map this data provided by the New York State Dept. of Transportation. The Monroe County Crash Map they created at reconnectrochester.org/crashmap/ allows users to interact with each crash and discover the deadliest segments of local roadways.
