Don is an acoustic blues and slide player, singer, and songwriter par excellence. He raises the bar with his foot-stomping rhythms and finger-picking style in the tradition of the Mississippi Delta icons, Piedmont masters, old-school Jimmy Reed and Big Bill Broonzy. A Minnesota native, Scott’s been performing for 45 years at festivals and clubs throughout the U.S., Mexico and Europe with his band, The Dust Bowl Blues Band, and as a solo act, sharing the stage with many blues greats.
