Carl Bell, MD, clinical professor of psychiatry and public health at the University of Illinois School of Medicine, will visit Rochester October 2 and 3 to conduct a community forum and provider workshop, jointly sponsored by the Rochester Academy of Medicine and the Mental Health Association. Dr. Bell became the first recipient of the American Psychiatric Foundation’s Minority Service Award in 2004. He is also recipient of the American Psychiatric Association’s Presidential Award.
