Contest entrants are asked to create an edible 3-D sculpture based on the title or theme of a book. They are made from cakes, sculpted fruits and vegetables, chocolate, macaroni and any other edible items. The winner of the Best Professional category will receive $200, and the winner of the Best Adult Amateur category will receive $100. Additional categories and prizes for adults, youth and children.
