Com Expressão, Rochester Center of Capoeira, will be hosting their annual Eat, Sleep, Capoeira event on January 17th-19th, 2014. This event provides an opportunity to learn and practice Capoeira, regardless of level,group or experience. This event will include a variety of guests teachers, special workshops, rodas, discussions, and most importantly, good times practicing and learning the art of Capoeira. No previous experience is required. This is an open event to the community, that provides a great opportunity to discover the wonderful world of Capoeira.
