For our February monthly workshop series, we'll be focusing on Falls on Sunday the 19th. You will learn the basic techniques associated with falling and proper bails. Come learn how to train safely and take your plan B to the next level! This workshop is 90 minutes in length and incorporates warmup and joint-prep, understanding movement components of various falling techniques, as well as applying these techniques to a variety of bail situations.
