Keith Myers’ Flour City Bread Company turns out some of Rochester’s finest artisan loaves --- that stunning miche, for instance --- made with natural leavenings, locally milled grains, and other fresh ingredients from FCBC’s backyard at the Public Market. You can also find FCBC’s bread at place like Pittsford Farms Dairy and Abundance Co-op, but only at the market can you indulge in the bakery’s croissants, danish, cookies, tarts, and occasional soups.
