Featuring keynote speaker Debbie McCoy, Assistant Vice President for Education at The Strong. Following the keynote address, a panel of local experts will discuss the role of play in learning. Panelists include Dr. William Cala, Retired Superintendent, Fairport CSD; Mr. Brian Brooks, Primary School Principal, Palmyra-Macedon CSD; and Dr. Bruce Gilberg, G2 Founder. Continental breakfast will be served. Generation Two is a non-profit, school-based organization that pairs older adults and college students with kindergarten and first grade children through weekly 1:1 child-centered visits throughout the school year.
