Fidelis Care representatives will be on-site at Threshold at the Community Place, 145 Parsells Avenue, Rochester, every Tuesday from 2 – 5 PM to answer questions about health insurance options, and to help eligible residents apply to enroll in Fidelis Care programs. Current Fidelis Care members may also receive assistance completing their annual recertification at these events.
