Join us to learn about the history and the process of creating kombucha! Leave knowing how to brew your own from acquisition of a SCOBY to decanting, with an emphasis on health benefits and composition of the final product. Additions to the decanted kombucha will be discussed, from natural flavorings to fruit juices. Each student will go home with a SCOBY to start making their own kombucha and put this class to immediate use!
