This talk focuses on the challenge that many companies face using Facebook as their primary "social media strategy" (which includes that Facebook really just encourages talking to your biggest fans, not reaching new people), not understanding that twitter is about a conversation (two-way, not one), and forgetting that the true beauty of social media is the ability to connect to the community to make the brand human.
