An award winning, elected signature member of the National Watercolor Society, in Rochester, Barnard belongs to the ARENA group, Pittsford Art Group and Rochester Art Club. She has traveled giving numerous painting demonstration-lectures, critiques, watercolor workshops and formerly taught at Rochester’s Memorial Art Gallery.
