Do you want to learn more about the beer buzz? This class will introduce the basic techniques, processes, ingredients and equipment for making beer at home and the wide array of beer styles that are available. Students will sample raw ingredients, see a brewing demonstration, and sample a few different beer styles. Each participant will receive copies of the presentation material. Class participants are required to be 21 years of age or older and must sign a liability waiver regarding alcohol consumption upon entering the class.
