Mayor Lovely Warren, County Executive Maggie Brooks, City Councilmember Adam McFadden, State Sen. Joseph Robach and other community partners will attend a reception Monday to welcome nearly 1,000 youth to their first day of work through the City's Summer of Opportunity and the County's Summer Youth Employment programs.
