Midtown Tower gets redevelopment deal

At a luncheon today, Rochester Mayor Tom Richards announced a $55 million plan to redevelop Midtown Tower.

Larry Glazer of Buckingham Properties and Bob Morgan of Morgan Management will join forces to create up to 182 rental housing units in the tower, as well as three to five stories of commercial space, Richards said.
