Help keep your classroom focused and engaged & easily integrate yoga and mindfulness into your curriculum, even if you have no prior experience.
Implementing this program in the classroom your students will:
Learn to manage their behavior on their own, develop strategies to help alleviate test taking anxiety, and feel better about themselves, and more connected to their community.
10:30am-4:30pm / A break will be taken from 1:30-2pm for lunch.
