Nazareth College is celebrating Constitution Day 2014 with a lecture by alumnus James Noble ’96. Noble will present "The Constitution and Criminal Law: A Practitioner’s Perspective" on Wednesday, September 17 at 6:30 p.m., in the Forum of the Otto A. Shults Community Center.
