Top readers participating in literacy programs at the City's Recreation and Community Centers will be recognized during the citywide reading celebration at the Thomas P. Ryan Community Center. Certificates of achievement and prizes will be presented to the youth honorees. In addition, youth and their families will be treated to a performance by storyteller Annette Ramos, courtesy of Young Audiences of Rochester.
