Event to showcase plans to create an urban green space at Rochester’s High Falls. The event will take place at the offices of Friends of the GardenAerial at 81 Browns Race in Rochester. Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the presentation will begin at 6:45 p.m. hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served.
