Don't miss out on this day dedicated to your "doxie." On Saturday, May 10, Rochester will celebrate the 13th annual Dachshund Parade. Enjoy a parade of wiener dogs as both you and your dachshund spend the day with other dogs and their owners. The Parade will also feature dachshund-themed vendor items and dog health information from Veterinary Specialists of Rochester, Animal Emergency Service, and TheraVet Acres.
The Parade will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 10, at Washington Square Park, 181 S. Clinton Avenue. Admission is $1 for each dachshund (dachshunds only are asked to be brought) and parade donations are accepted.
