In this session, St. John’s own Chef Mike McAllister and MVP’s Cheryl Minchella will demonstrate how to create delicious dishes that feature one of the season’s brightest stars – squash! From butternut squash bread to Moroccan stew to Mediterranean spaghetti squash, you’ll have new ways to get the most out of Fall’s unique flavors. Each participant will receive a booklet of recipes and a seasonal produce guide.
