Re: “Vargas's plea to higher ed”

I recently graduated from Thomas Jefferson high school.
One of the main problems I have came a crossed over the years was that many students does not have the courage to put effort into school seriously. I believe that the main majority of the problem is the students because, when the students fail exams or classes it affects teachers alot more than the student would expect. There should be a change in the RCSD without the Community getting involved their wouldn't be an opportunity.
