The Off-Monroe Players, Rochester's only theater company specializing in the works of Gilbert and Sullivan, are presenting "A Gilbert and Sullivan Christmas Carol," a re-telling of the holiday classic through song and dance, with book by Gayden Wren and music by Arthur Sullivan. Performances began before Thanksgiving and resume this weekend.
Performance times are 8 p.m. on Friday, December 4, and 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 5, at Salem United Church of Christ, 60 Bittner Street. There's no admission charge, but reservations are recommended: 232-5570 or off-monroeplayers.org.
