You will hear about how GRCC Faith In Action Network is assisting in graveside burials for those who have neither family nor resources. Most people buried in this section of Oatka have no markers on their gravesite. Matthew Bartlow, Peace of Christ Eagle Scout, will present a project he has been working on, “a travelling memorial,” for people the initiative has buried to date- and into the future. Come and learn more about this program and how you and/or your congregation can support the purchase of a memorial marker and find ways to personally volunteer with this initiative.
