Urban Action 12/17

This week's calls to action include the following events and activities. (All are free and open to the public, unless otherwise noted.)

Six-part series addresses race

The Friends and Foundation of the Rochester Public Library will present "Conversations on Race," a six-part series of facilitated public discussions. The events will be held in public libraries throughout the City of Rochester beginning on Sunday, January 18, through Wednesday, March 4. Though the titles and speakers have not been made public, the program builds on prior efforts and is meant to stir thought and open dialogue about race and its impact on the Rochester community.
