“California cuisine with French and Italian influences” is how chef and co-owner Seth Lindahl describes the food at the spacious, casually upscale Zeppa Bistro. The ingredients are both seasonal and locally sourced whenever possible, making their way into salads and soups, small plates and sandwiches, and entrées at once classic and inspired. Event planners may want to avail themselves of Zeppa’s catering arm as well as its private gathering spaces.
