Fairmount Properties and Gilbane Development Company have announced the first batch of eateries, shops, and services to be a part of the College Town mixed-use development at Mt. Hope and Elmwood avenues. 

The tenants include The Creator's Hands; Corner Bakery Cafe; Saxby's Coffee; Panini's Bar and Grill; Insomnia Cookies; Constantino's Market, which is a 20,000-square-foot grocery store; Hairzoo; Canandaigua National Bank and Trust; Flight Wine Bar; Moe's Southwest Grill.

College Town will include 110,000 square feet of street level retail and restaurants, including Barnes & Noble and Constantino's Market. Also on site are 50,000 square feet of Class A office space, 155,000 square feet of residential space, a 136-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel, and a 1600-space parking garage.
