This is a past event.

In the 100 days leading up to the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation by President Lincoln (January 1, 1863), the abolitionist community, led by Frederick Douglass, began to plan what the role of self-determination in the community should be and how it would be implemented. Can we come together now in unity and finally solve the most pressing issues that are plaguing our community? Join us to commemorate 150 Years of the Emancipation Proclamation, and plan, over the following 100 days, how to forge our community forward.
