Students plead: Don't take our teachers 

Prosper Holmes, an East High School freshman, was among the hundreds of students who walked out of classes Monday in protest of teacher layoffs across the Rochester City School District. Holmes was one of several students to reference the Chromebooks provided to students by the district. Some buildings lack the wireless internet connections necessary for the laptops to fully work.
