My biggest problem with Amore is their "focus on the Italian Classics line". When I got that spiel from the server, all I got from it was, "Your pasta has jarred sauce on it". I can do that at home. After hearing that, I ordered the pizza. I'm not going back.

Good idea, make sure the mobile food vehicles don't move.
