It seems worth mentioning that unless you have a specific health issue involving gluten (and certainly some people do), there is nothing "healthier" about going gluten-free. It's just the dietary fad du jour. If you suspect that you make have a gluten-related problem, I'd suggest visiting your physician for a diagnosis. Otherwise, don't fall for the hype.
