The St. Paul Pleasant Street mural is anything but "cuddly" art. The persons who traveled to Rochester communities to improve life with inspirational murals were far removed when they created such a disconcerting and tasteless cartoon that contaminates the neighborhood. I see the mural at least 3 times a week when I am visiting my son at the Warner Lofts. How can a cartoon of 2 rats in a lewd position be inspirational, calming or comforting , Perhaps its the reason why there are brawls at RTS station. I see this cartoon as provoking . It needs to be removed.
