From the article, it sounds like the study is considering "worker" as an individual. I am wondering if anyone associated with the study has looked at the "worker" as a parent needing to get a child or children to a babysitter or day care before going to work? That might mean a couple of extra stops, elongating the time to get to work. Additionally, has the study looked at access to public transportation for those living in some of the remote small towns like Hilton?
