‘A Stars & Stripes Celebration’ is an evening of honor and tribute to the men and women of the United States Armed Forces, those who returned home from service as well as those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Nearly 500 individuals and dozens of local businesses have committed themselves to supporting Veterans Outreach Center through sponsorship of this event. To be honored with the Edward & Jacqueline S. Harris Award for service to the veteran community is Ken Moore, Vietnam veteran and retired of the Monroe County Veteran Services Agency.
