Heck yeah ! Put a " HOSTEL " in Rochester. We have one in Syracuse and it attracts, the young and the young at heart. It's in the beginning of our " Sedgewick " area, our answer to Rochester's " Highland Park " neighborhood. As of now, the cheapest place in downtown Rochester is the " Cadillac Hotel ". NUFF SAID !
