The Eastside Family YMCA kicks off the spring season with its annual indoor triathlon, We-Tri. The Y’s We-Tri is a three-event race, consisting of a 15-minute swim, followed by a 15-minute stationary bike ride, concluding with a 15-minute treadmill run/walk. The goal for each event is to cover the greatest distance in 15 minutes. Each event will be run in waves, with the first wave beginning at 7 a.m. There is a five-minute transition between races.
