Arnett Blvd. between Rugby Ave. and Wellington Ave. will come alive with pop-up businesses and restaurants. There will also be children’s activities, community bike rides, fitness activities, a beekeeping demonstration by Sweet Beez, and live music. A featured food vendor, the Bocanegra family: Mia Bocanegra and Omar Ramos are long-time Rochester culinary stars from their time serving food at the Rochester Public Market’s La Placita.
