The recent closing of popular South Wedge eatery Mise en Place will not pass without commemoration — seven artists, this month, will pay tribute with a group show, "Mise en Place Salon," on display in the Little Café from Saturday, January 6, through Saturday, February 3. Participating artists Kurt Feuerherm, Bill Keyser, Bob Conge, Peter Monacelli, Ed Buscemi, George Wegman, and Paul Brandwein were each inspired by their weekly meet-ups at Mise en Place, (683 South Avenue). A reception will be held later in the month on Sunday, January 28, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The show will be on display at The Little Theatre Café, 240 East Avenue. Sunday through Thursday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Free. 244-0400; thelittle.org.
