Thru May 31. Anne Anderson, Linda Bachman, Marcia DeCamp, Nancy Hicks, Beverly Kondolf, Pat Pauly, Jeanne Simpson, Carol Soderlund, and Mary Wieser, the members of Art Quilt People, have each produced a work, original for this show, in fiber. The works are as varied as the artists, but show a common strength in working in fiber. With a collaborative experience of over 125 years in a variety of fiber art techniques, the artists of AQP meet monthly for critique sessions. “It helps to make our work stronger,” said Simpson about the critique sessions. “We learn from each other, we trust and we grow.
