Peggy Martinez will demonstrate watercolor painting technique. Her vibrant paintings in watercolor, oil, and acrylics have won awards, been featured in “American Art Collector” magazine, and have been used in posters for Rochester organizations such as the Ibero American Action League and Latinas Unidas .
