An informal talk and walk-through with the artist sharing her inspiration and the geology behind this solo exhibit of 49 pastel paintings featuring a twenty-two foot installation of earthy, iconic and aerial images of each lake, with a rendering titled "Fracking the Shale" running below the work. Other landscape paintings of the region round out the exhibit. Exhibit runs through Aug 16 at the Patricia O'Keefe Ross Gallery in the Welcome Center.
