The love for reading and books begins before a child can read his or her first word. The Children’s Center of the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County is inviting all babies, toddlers, and caregivers to join us for a Baby & Toddler Storytime. Children are not expected to sit still and be quiet. There will be time for children to play with toys and parents to socialize at the end of the Storytime.
