Get ready to get dirty with some hands-on mushroom gardening! During these workshops we will discuss basic mushroom biology, and how it applies to our demos. We plan on starting the first of our series of mushroom installations at the LFC to help nourish the soil and create permaculture practices in these urbans lots. This will be a hoot! Go home with loads of knowledge on how to start your own mushroom garden at home or in vacant lots throughout the city…all with FREE or recycled material! We will have some shelter in case of heavy rain!
