Richard Ashworth, past-president of the Rochester Birding Association, will cover the motivation and mechanisms of bird migration in the New World and the experience of bird migration in the Rochester Area. The program concludes with a discussion of recent changes and challenges for migratory birds. Richard is also a professional photographer and will be sharing his wonderful images throughout the program.
