Parade begins at 11 a. m. at East Main and Liberty Pole Way. Come join us and thousands of other people along East Main Street in downtown Rochester for our one of a kind Carifest Parade. The annual costume parade highlights the traditional carnival spirit of the Caribbean, with its colorful flamboyant costumes, dances and music.
