Irondequoit resident Donald Messina will share memories of Rochester during World War II. This program will be a lecture and open discussion. Attendees are welcome to share their thoughts on discussion topics, including rationing, the role of the media, sharing the war with neighbors and family, using horses and automobiles, and attending school. No registration is necessary.
