Climate cinema 

Climate change isn't easy to explain. And it's not always easy to describe the actual or potential effects, either. | That's the challenge that faced local filmmakers Dave Danesh, Sean Donnelly, and Kate Kressmann-Kehoe when they set out to produce a locally-focused documentary about climate change. The result, "Comfort Zone," will premiere at the Little Theatre at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 13. | In making the film, the trio sought to lay out the science behind climate change and to portray the local effects. They also focused on the ways different people in the community have responded to climate change. | What viewers take away from the film will vary, Danesh says. Ultimately, the filmmakers hope their project helps inspire people to think about what they can do to fight climate change, he says.
