Rochesterians are again mounting a Climate Rally and March in Downtown, to coincide with rallies, marches and other actions world-wide, efforts to urge leaders at the 21st United Nations Climate Change Conference to reach their goal:”to achieve a legally binding and universal agreement on climate, from all the nations of the world.
