COMEDY | Trevor Noah

There's a lot to love about South African comedian Trevor Noah's concise and bitingly hilarious political commentary. The current host of Comedy Central's "The Daily Show" also has a must-see special, "Afraid of the Dark," streaming on Netflix. In the hour-long show Noah makes smart observations on power dynamics and fear as he deftly swings between various global accents. He's also the author of the memoir "Born a Crime," that recounts stories of growing up in South Africa.

Trevor Noah's Friday, May 4, show at 7:30 p.m. is sold out, so a 10 p.m. performance has been added. Kodak Center Theater, 200 West Ridge Road. Tickets are $49.50-$79.50 and are available via;; or by phone at 800-745-3000.
